Mike Rucker is an organizational psychologist, has a new book coming out next year called The Fun Habit and is a Fun expert! (If you wonder what an organizational psychologist is, it’s a psychologist that basically deals with the people in the work environment. Perfect!)
I met Mike on FB and enjoyed his way of writing on Play and Fun. In this episode, we shall look into the difference between play and fun.
Ask ourselves: Why are you not engaging in more fun activities? What to do with our free time? Why do we play less as we grow up? As adults why do we wait for the rules?
Play supports our well being. The playful mindset at work. Self-selected play. Sleep is important and so is play!
Playfulness as an abundance of fun. Fun is always available. Getting your kids ready for school playfully!
The Pandemic: what if some of what we are doing now is what we were supposed to be doing all along?
